1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1shows ("1shows," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://1shows.vip ("Platform"). • You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1shows or any applicable regulatory authority;

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 1shows Platform for any reason.

1shows reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 1shows services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1shows Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 1shows immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 1shows shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
• 1shows reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1shows supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

All transactions on the 1shows Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at 1shows's discretion.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's cashier section, subject to verification requirements;
• 1shows reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• Funds deposited into your 1shows account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification;
• 1shows does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1shows may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• 1shows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, 1shows's decision shall be final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 1shows Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

1shows is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 1shows reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount;

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 1shows Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software for personal gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 1shows staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's systems or data without authorization;
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, age verification, or self-exclusion measure implemented by 1shows.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team. 9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1shows;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1shows, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 1shows shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or software bugs;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 1shows does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 1shows reserves the right to:

• Withhold any funds in your account pending investigation;
• Void any pending bets or bonus balances;
• Recover any amounts owed to 1shows from your account balance before processing any withdrawal;
• Report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to 1shows) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
